Carolyn Erickson has been in the fitness industry for over 31 years.

From teaching classes to managing multi-unit level health clubs, she brings a plethora of health and wellness knowledge to the GoFlo Trainer table.

For the past several years, Carolyn has been the director of sales and business development for Jillian Michaels BODYSHRED and a lead master trainer for the program. Carolyn has been an international fitness presenter since the early 90’s. In 2015, she took 5th place in the IFBB North American Championships in the Figure 50+ class. Carolyn also works as a consultant in the industry and supports clients with nutrition and fitness programming. She is eager and excited to take on her new role as US Director of Education and Strategy Planning with GofFlo Trainer.

Starting young as a receptionist and membership consultant at a local Health Club, she soon progressed to become head of the team and take on the full marketing role. Relating to people and their needs came easy  to her and she was headhunted by a regional magazine to become their sales manager. Running a team of 6 sales reps across the East Midlands.
